Project Manager
Are you an experienced Project Manager with strong client relationships and a proven track record in commercial construction? We're looking for a results-driven professional to join our team and help us deliver exceptional projects across Northern California.

What You'll Do- Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction (5+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ground-up construction, tenant improvements, and structural renovations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- An existing book of business or strong client network in the Bay Area construction market.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver exceptional results under tight deadlines.
