Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create comprehensive project plans and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Integrate technical project plans with the overall program plan in coordination with the Program Manager.
• Lead technical execution, ensuring development teams meet committed timelines.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, providing solutions to unblock teams quickly.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain thorough documentation of deliverables, lessons learned, and knowledge sharing.

Stakeholder Management

• Identify and prioritize stakeholder needs and expectations.
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in technical roles, with at least 4 years in technical project management.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and regulatory requirements for medical products.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multi-site projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and software development tools.

Preferred:

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience in medical device development and sustaining engineering.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity standards, quality systems, and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with incremental delivery, metrics-driven project management, and stakeholder reporting.
