We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager with 4–8+ years of experience in commercial construction. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality projects across diverse sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, with strong proficiency in Procore and other project management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, workflows, and communication.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Facilitate client meetings and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Resolve project-related issues and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project status to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 4–8+ years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.
• Strong proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects across multiple sectors listed above.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Preferred Attributes:

• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience with design-build and fast-track project delivery methods.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
