Human Resources Coordinator Job at Russell Tobin in Tempe

Russell Tobin and Associates/Pride Global is currently seeking several HR Coordinators to support the peak hiring season. This is a short-term assignment (6–8 weeks) with opportunities to gain valuable onsite experience.

Work Location: Tempe, AZ

Pay Rate: $17.90 to $18.00/hourly depending on experience

Duration: 6 to 8 weeks starting immediately!

Schedule: 40 hours a week - 8 hour days

Shift days: Monday through Friday

Shift Hours: Flexible to work between 5am-6pm AZ Time

Responsibilities:

• Making video calls
• Processing I-9 documentation
• Discussing schedules with associates
• Supporting fulfillment center staffing needs

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience with HR or call center customer service.
• Computer proficient
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong communication skills
