This is not a traditional admin role. You’ll act as a right hand to the CEO, helping keep the company’s most important initiatives moving. You’ll manage a dynamic calendar, coordinate high-stakes meetings, support customer outreach and lead generation, and ensure communication flows smoothly across the organization. Responsibilities
Own the CEO’s calendar and schedule, ensuring priorities are managed and time is protected.
Coordinate complex meetings, travel, and logistics for the CEO and occasionally for other leadership team members.
Support sales outreach and lead generation (building target lists, LinkedIn outreach, coordinating follow-up).
Draft and edit internal and external communications; create slide decks and customer presentations.
Manage logistics for leadership offsites, company events, and key customer meetings.
Organize reports and documentation for the sales team and executive leadership.
Handle some personal assistant duties for the CEO (e.g., travel arrangements, scheduling).
Anticipate needs, identify ways to streamline processes, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

What You Bring

Comfortable with LinkedIn and CRM tools; content creation or project management software a plus.
3–5 years of professional experience in an executive assistant, coordinator, or operations role.
