Senior Human Resources Manager The Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to oversee all functions of the HR department, including training, benefits management, employee relations, and recruitment, in accordance with Omni standards.

Job Locations US-MA-Boston Overview The hotel features 1,054 rooms, multiple dining outlets, a spa, fitness center, rooftop pool, and extensive meeting space, serving a discerning clientele and recognized as a top workplace in Boston. Responsibilities
Assume HR department responsibilities in the absence of the Director. Participate in associate events and develop communication networks within the hotel. Act as liaison to management for associates and document issues following disciplinary procedures. Manage the associate Personal Time Off Program and coordinate salary reviews. Ensure compliance with benefits administration, employment laws, and leave policies. Lead staff training initiatives and promote safety training and culture. Collaborate on incident reporting and manage departmental budget and benefits files. Monitor unemployment claims, conduct pre-screenings, and coordinate local job fairs. Conduct exit interviews and manage HRIS systems for compliance. Qualifications
Flexibility to work some weekends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent communication skills and experience in coaching and mentoring. Prior hotel HR experience is preferred. Desirable: Ability to communicate in a second language and experience with labor unions.
