GENERAL FUNCTION - The primary focus of this position is to represent our company by delivering top-quality service to customers. Responsibilities include answering phones, responding to emails, coordinating shipping, following up on customer inquiries, and performing other assigned duties. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Service " Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. " Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. " Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints effectively. " Develop strong product knowledge to answer customer questions accurately. " Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Order Processing & Account Management " Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately. " Enter sales into Great Plains and provide detailed notes for staff reference. " Manage customer accounts, including creating new accounts and updating existing information. Additional Job Details: | Shipping & Inventory " Pick, pack, wrap, label, and stage outbound shipments for customer pickup, installation, or carrier pickup. " Enter shipping information into the database and coordinate with all departments. " Uphold organizational quality guidelines and implement best practices for shipping and receiving. " Accurately process incoming shipments, record goods in Great Plains, and resolve discrepancies. " Upload documents into Metaviewer and run daily "End of Day processes. " Monitor consumable item levels, create procurement lists, and collaborate with purchasing and operations. " Label, stock, and maintain inventory accurately. " Document and suggest improvements to inventory management processes. " Participate in physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. " Adjust inventory levels as needed and promptly report issues. Administrative & Team Support " Manage Purchasing emails and related tasks. " Assist with training temporary staff on Great Plains, Metaviewer, and StarShip. " Perform various office duties as assigned. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS " High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
