General Maintenance Worker

PacArctic, LLC, (PAC) a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking experienced General Maintenance Workers. This is a Union position, and all benefits will be covered by the CBA. This is a part time position. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties: Assist in general building maintenance, supporting mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Conduct building tours/inspections; manage work orders in NCMMS (MAXIMO). Perform general repairs, respond to work orders, and miscellaneous tasks. Assist with HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and electrical maintenance. Maintain emergency power and fire protection systems. Perform architectural/structural maintenance and preventive maintenance. Maintain doors, windows, floors, roofs; clean mechanical rooms. Clean drains and gutters; perform minor painting and repairs. Manage furniture/equipment relocation and inventory. Respond to service calls, including after-hours. Assist with grounds maintenance and snow/ice removal as needed. Maintain an active system file to Government access account ENT for NCMMS usage. Complete Mandatory IT Security Training for Agency and Contractor Employees. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED 2 years of experience in general maintenance Basic knowledge of each craft trade for building operations, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities for electricity, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and communication systems Minimum Education: High School Diploma Certifications and Training: General Employee Training Asbestos Awareness and Asbestos Worker Training Re-Tuning Training NCMMS Training Lead Awareness Training Safety Training CFC Certification Type 1 Ability to lift up to 50lbs Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy: The company is an equal opportunity employer.
