We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our President. This role is critical in ensuring the President’s day-to-day activities run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professionally assertive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the President’s daily and long-term schedule
Arrange and track travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
Schedule and coordinate trade shows, industry events, and internal meetings
Record and distribute accurate meeting notes
Assist with administrative and reception duties as needed
Help plan and organize internal events, celebrations, and social gatherings
Qualifications
Proven experience supporting senior executives in an administrative capacity
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
