Responsibilities

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for supporting the sales field and trade marketing incentives by way of excellent customer service.

Accountabilities: Responsible for customer retention efforts. Follows up on assigned sales leads Handle customer complaints associated different services and products related issues with follow up to ensure proper changes were made to resolve customers' problems. Performs data entry for purposes such as processing orders, accessing previous orders and special orders, and providing customers with current prices; researches any other inquiries as requested. Grows relationships and rapport with all customers to promote retention and loyalty. Efficiently resolves customer complaints and customer service issues. Receives, edits, and processes incoming customer orders and correspondences in a timely manner. Serves as liaison between customers and field sales associates. Research billing issues and recognize the documentary process. Represents the company to customers. May maintain direct, continuing relationship with certain customers. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of customer service experience Working knowledge of sales and products Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
