Sit-Down Forklift Operator
Location: West Branch, Iowa Industry: Warehouse & Logistics Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift (12-Hour Shifts) About the Role: We are hiring a dependable and safety-focused Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in West Branch, IA. This position is essential to the smooth operation of our facility, ensuring materials are moved efficiently and accurately. Shift Details: Training: First 2 weeks on Day Shift Regular Schedule: Transition to 12-hour Night Shifts following training Responsibilities: Operate sit-down forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse Safely handle pallets, containers, and other inventory items Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Assist with inventory tracking and documentation Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Requirements: Prior experience operating a sit-down forklift (certification preferred) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable attendance and punctuality High school diploma or equivalent Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $19.00/hr.
