Summary This part time position performs a variety of routine clerical and customer service work requiring frequent interaction with vendors, management, staff, and the general public. Position requires the ability to communicate in a professional, tactful and courteous manner. Essential Function Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for entering all data accurately into the logistics management system for compliance with accreditation requirements. Shall enter all bunker gear maintenance, cleanings, repairs, removals, or additions in the management system Shall enter all equipment maintenances, repairs, removals, or additions in the management system May monitor alerts in the management system for efficiency and completeness May collect data and run reports as needed May receive deliveries and direct them to the appropriate person(s) Greets visitors to Logistics, providing courteous and efficient customer service Performs routine clerical functions Answers in-coming calls and routes information as required May obtain, receive, and distribute incoming mail, and process outgoing mail May type a variety of reports, and other material requiring judgment as to content, accuracy and completeness May schedule vendors for service, and new hire appointments. PERIPHERAL DUTIES: To be determined as department needs dictate Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma Minimum one year clerical experience, or Any related combination of education, training and experience

Special Qualifications/Preferences

Valid State of Florida Driver's License with a good driving record
