Overview
We are seeing two HR Document Coordinators to support the migration and retention of employee records. This role involves organizing and transferring sensitive HR documentation (such as offer letters, transfer letters, and personnel files) from Microsoft Outlook into a cloud-based storage system. The ideal candidate will have HR administration experience, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
Responsibilities
Maintain and organize digital HR files, including employee records, contracts, onboarding documents, performance reviews, and policy acknowledgments in company system. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of employee lifecycle events (hiring, promotions, terminations, etc.). Manage HR document templates, ensuring they are current and aligned with company policies and legal standards. Support electronic document management system (EDMS) operations, including scanning, uploading, indexing, and archiving. Maintain confidentiality and security of all HR records and sensitive employee data. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed. Qualifications
2+ yrs. of experience in HR Administration, records management, or document control preferred. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and basic MS Office tools. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in data entry. Familiarity with document retention systems or cloud-based storage platforms and drug test.
