Call Center Representative
for a leading client in
Irving, Texas . This is a fully onsite position.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Call Center Representative to handle inbound inquiries and provide quality support to clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in a call center, healthcare, or other customer-facing setting and is eager to contribute to a positive team culture.

Answer inbound calls and assist customers with questions, concerns, or account-related issues. Provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately. Navigate systems and online portals to assist customers with access, billing, and general inquiries. Support team goals and contribute to a positive call center environment. Adapt to high call volumes and varied customer needs with efficiency and care. QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ year of call center, healthcare, or high-volume customer service experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong multitasking and documentation abilities. Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly. Comfortable working onsite Monday-Friday in Irving, TX.
