Customer Service

Day Shift

The Customer Service role is the main interface to all customers and sales activities. The primary responsibility is the quoting process, end to end sales order processing and sales support. This position interfaces with all departments on a daily basis and supports the General Manger with special projects.

Sales enablement through CRM and Sales funnel support Process RMAs and Warranty requests Manage customer Contracts Process and enter all sales orders Initial review of customer documentation to establish status of RFQ (new order, Rev change) Manage Customer specific requirements database Main customer point of contact for all depts Support internal revenue through demand planning Daily review of open orders Manage and track FAI approval database Work with production to schedule/re-schedule orders

Experience with Bills of Materials and ERP/MRP.

Strong Excel background

3-5 year experience in Customer Service
