Job Description

Job Title: AGS - Customer Service Representative 1

Location: 3004 Spring Industrial Drive Suite C Powder Springs GA 30127 (Onsite)

Duration: 3-4 months possible permanent depending on needs of the business

Position Type: Hourly contract Position (W2 only)


Note:

  • Schedule/ Remote Flexibility: -Onsite 5 days a week
  • Work Hours: 8:00-4:30
  • Interview Process: Phone screen and in person interview if selected.
  • Preferred Interview Times: Tuesday-Thursday 10:00-11:00; 1:00-3:00pm
  • Team Size: 14

MANAGER INTAKE NOTES:

  • Dispatch, administrative task, reporting.

Job description:

  • Dispatching emergency and non-emergency calls to technicians.
  • Management of incomplete work orders and coordinating tech's returns.
  • Updating customer with ETA's.
  • Good communication skills required.
  • 2 years of experience.

Education and Experience requirement: Microsoft excel

  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
