Construction Superintendent
Job Title: Superintendent
Job Location: Minneapolis, MN
Salary: $120k-$140k + Strong Health Benefits / 401k Match / Vehicle / etc.
Requirements: 6+ Years Experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects
This is a full time / permanent position with a 250-person General Contractor in Minneapolis.
They are primarily focused in commercial construction projects. They are well established with consistent work and a strong backlog of projects. Due to growth, they are currently hiring for multiple Superintendents.

What You Will Be Doing
- Provide field oversight on projects from start to finish
- Develop and manage the project schedule
- Manage subcontractors and all members of jobsite
- Monitor Construction progress
- Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.
What You Need for this Position
- 6+ Years Experience as a Superintendent
- Experience on Commercial Projects
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- Bachelors in Construction Management (or related) is a plus but not required
