hiring mid- and senior-level HVAC Engineers
to lead design and coordination of mechanical systems for commercial, life sciences, tech, and mixed-use projects. With in-house disciplines spanning MEP, Fire Protection, Process Piping, and Commissioning, this team works across fully integrated scopes — not in silos. WHY THIS ROLE STANDS OUT • Collaborate daily with plumbing, electrical, and fire protection engineers • Grow your career in a team that supports licensure, leadership, and cross-discipline learning KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design HVAC systems: layout, equipment selection, load calcs, energy analysis Produce construction documents and technical specifications Coordinate with other trades to ensure seamless project integration Mentor junior engineers and lead small teams (depending on experience) WHAT YOU BRING 5–10+ years of HVAC design experience in consulting Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) PE license preferred (required for senior role) Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, and energy modeling tools NCEES profile recommended This is a
