Role Description: The Designer/Project Manager is responsible for meeting with new and existing clients, creating innovative landscape designs and overseeing project planning, budgeting, procurement, and on-site execution. This role requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams while maintaining client satisfaction and quality standards.
Requirements: Must have specific knowledge of landscaping materials, soils, mulch, pesticides, fertilizers, etc. Knowledge of regional plant materials, irrigation, grading, and landscape construction techniques Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must provide high level of customer service Must be able to operate trucks, mowers, and other landscaping equipment Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Experience: Working knowledge of landscape maintenance, pruning, and fine gardening 3-5 years landscape, hardscape, and/or construction estimating experience Ability to read, interpret, and modify formal construction plans
Optimal: Degree or certificate in horticulture or related field Bilingual Spanish Project management experience
