The Business Development Director is responsible for identifying potential accounts, developing an account entry strategy, conducting the prospecting campaign, developing relationships and understanding the customers' critical business strategies, then working with a team of subject matter experts to create and execute a solution to achieve the customers' business objectives. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies Clear history of new business development selling professional services Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale) Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to twelve months) History of career stability with a maximum of three jobs in the last ten years Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads Compensation Compensation is not capped and is based on performance. Base salary $140,000 plus commission and a bonus tied to fiscal year revenue production and profitability. Benefits
