full-cycle recruiting
for sales, G&A, and early-career roles. Source talent creatively in the
Austin market
through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and events. Partner with hiring managers to align on job requirements, interview processes, and candidate feedback. Use Greenhouse and
AI recruiting tools
to streamline sourcing, scheduling, and communication. Deliver a candidate experience that reflects Togetherwork’s
customer-first values . What You’ll Bring 1–3 years of recruiting or HR coordination experience (SaaS exposure a plus). Experience sourcing and hiring in the Austin market. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume recruiting. Clear communication and natural relationship-building ability. Must live in Austin, TX and work onsite 2–3 days per week.
