full-cycle recruiting
across technical, sales, and G&A roles. Handle a
high-volume requisition load
while maintaining quality and candidate care. Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, influencing intake, process, and selection. Source talent creatively in the
Austin market
through multiple channels. Provide data-driven insights to leadership on recruiting activity and results. Use Greenhouse and
AI + automation
to optimize recruiting efficiency. Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to improving recruiting practices. What You’ll Bring 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS or tech. Proven ability to recruit and source in the Austin market. Strong organizational skills to balance shifting priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Must live in Austin, TX and work onsite 2–3 days per week.
