Responsibilities: Input, track, and close incidents within PG&E systems per required timelines. Support onboarding by managing ISNetworld and ITS compliance documentation. Maintain and update training trackers, qualification rosters, and compliance records. Assist with onboarding scheduling, document collection, and status communication. Generate reports and data summaries for Safety and Executive leadership. Coordinate with Program Managers to ensure alignment with compliance needs. Provide administrative support for safety meetings, stand-downs, and audits.
Qualifications: Highly organized and detail-oriented. Experience with administrative support in a safety or utility setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry platforms. Familiarity with ISNetworld and ITS platforms. Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Preferred: Prior experience with PG&E documentation systems. Knowledge of safety incident reporting standards. Familiarity with onboarding and training workflows.
Education: Highschool diploma or higher
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
$32.00-$36.00 hourly
