Develop and execute project work plans Lead cost segregation projects of both purchased and constructed properties Lead comprehensive depreciation lookback analysis projects Lead Section 179D and Section 45L incentive certification projects Identify value-added opportunities and work with the team to develop business Demonstrate leadership and project management skills in managing client service teams and multiple projects to meet and exceed client expectations Apply strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills Utilize strong data management skills with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Alteryx Mentor and develop staff and seniors, including on-the-job technical training and coaching Provide exceptional client service and maintain outstanding client relationships Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or engineering; MST is a plus 8+ years of public accounting experience; Big 4 or large regional firm experience preferred Experience in the described subject matter areas is preferred CPA, EA, or PE credential required Compensation
The wage range for this role is estimated at $120,500.00 - $302,500.00 per year, considering factors such as skills, experience, licensure, and organizational needs. Geographic differential may apply. Benefits
