Cost Segregation Senior Tax Manager, Federal Tax Consulting Services

Crowe Crowe’s dynamic Federal Tax Consulting Services practice delivers specialized federal tax consulting to clients ranging from middle market companies to the Fortune 500, incorporating cutting-edge technology and a team-based approach.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute project work plans
Lead cost segregation projects for both purchased and constructed properties
Lead comprehensive depreciation lookback analysis projects
Lead Section 179D and Section 45L incentive certification projects
Identify value-added opportunities and collaborate with the team to develop business
Demonstrate leadership and project management skills in managing client service teams and multiple projects to meet and exceed client expectations
Apply strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Utilize advanced data management skills, including Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Alteryx
Mentor and develop staff and seniors through on-the-job technical training and coaching
Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships
Show personal drive to develop self and others and contribute leadership insights
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or engineering; MST is a plus
At least 8+ years of public accounting experience; Big 4 or large regional firm experience preferred
Experience in the subject matter areas described above preferred
CPA, EA, or PE credential required
Compensation and Benefits The wage range is a broad estimate reflecting factors such as skill set, experience, licensure, and location. Current range estimate:
$120,500 - $302,500
per year. Actual compensation decisions are based on the facts and circumstances of each case.
