Thatcher Associates is proud to be working with a leading international infrastructure contractor to recruit a Project Controls Manager for a major civil engineering programme in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile team delivering complex infrastructure in the Caribbean – from airports to highways and bridges to tunnels and transport hubs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project controls across cost, schedule, risk, and reporting functions
• Oversee earned value management, forecasting, and project performance analysis
• Drive consistency across planning, cost tracking, and risk management tools
• Collaborate with project leadership to ensure timely, on-budget delivery
• Mentor and lead a team of project controls professionals

What We're Looking For:

• 10–15 years of project controls experience in the construction industry
• Strong background in earned value management (EVM) and cost/schedule control
• Skilled in tools such as Primavera P6, Procore, SAP, or similar
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
