RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

RN - Observation Unit

Job Details:

• Work 36 hours per week on day shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Primary assignment on 1S Observation unit with required floating to other Med-Surg units (Respiratory, Stroke, Cardiac, etc.) and possibly Emergency Department
• Taking call would be a very rare occurrence
• Current Epic EMR proficiency required - no refresher classes or 1:1 training available
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Step-down experience required
• Must be able to read Telemetry/BCRA - competency testing on day one with immediate termination if unable to pass
• Immediate termination if Epic proficiency is not demonstrated
• Facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract
• Unless returning traveler within 9 months, start date is October 20th
