RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 3 days per week with every other weekend required
• 12-hour shifts on MS2 and MS3 units
• Patient ratio of 5:1
• Must float between MS2 and MS3 units as needed
• Each unit has 27 beds
• Unit secretaries available during day shift, techs available on all shifts
• Work with Computer on Wheels, Pyxis medication system, and Welch Allen vital sign machines
• Documentation system: Medhost transitioning to Meditech
• Must have basic Med/Surg experience and post-operative patient experience, especially orthopedic cases
• Perform blood transfusions and IV/central line maintenance procedures
• Required certification: BLS
• ACLS preferred but not required
• Dark blue scrubs required
• Brand new computer on wheels and vital sign machines available
• 2-3 positions available
