STARK is seeking to hire an experienced Order Fulfillment Specialist for our Calhoun, Georgia location. This role will interact with the company\'s showrooms and account managers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. They will also review orders for accuracy to help avoid claims. Hiring/Retention Bonus up to $1,000 within the first year. 1st Shift Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Job Description

  • Accurately process all orders within one business day of submission.
  • Verify and cross-check order details to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy before processing to the floor.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies or missing information, following up on order status with the mill to ensure all orders are on track.
  • Provide clear and timely updates to Account Managers regarding order status, outstanding issues, or required clarifications.
  • Respond to all inquiries related to orders.
  • Monitor and manage all order-related activity within HubSpot to ensure complete recordkeeping, transparency, and accurate tracking of sales processes.
  • Identify recurring issues and communicate trends to Sales Operations leadership to support coaching and process enhancements.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Must possess strong communication, organizational, computer, and analytical skills.
  • Strong Math Skills are required.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and Outlook, with proven data entry capabilities.
  • A degree is preferred, with a minimum of one year of professional experience.
