💼 Position: Customer Service Advocate

💰 Pay: $18/hr

📍 Location: Columbia, SC (Onsite)

⏰ Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)


✨ What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, answering calls, emails, or chats with professionalism and care.
  • Assist members with questions about their accounts, benefits, and services.
  • Provide accurate information while showing empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Document interactions in the system to ensure smooth customer follow-up.
  • Work closely with your team to meet goals and deliver excellent service.
  • 🎯 What We’re Looking For:

    • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
    • A friendly, positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
    • Basic computer and typing skills.
    • Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
    • Prior customer service experience is a plus (but not always required—we provide training!).
