*Job Title: Financial Services Representative II - Inbound Contact Center* *Role Overview:* *As a Financial Services Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for clients reaching out with questions about their banking needs. You'll use your strong communication skills and digital expertise to provide exceptional service, resolve issues, and guide clients toward financial solutions that support their goals.* *Key Responsibilities:*

* *Client Support:* Handle inbound calls and assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and navigation of digital banking tools. * *Relationship Building:* Engage in meaningful conversations to build trust and deliver personalized service. * *Problem Solving:* Identify client needs, resolve issues efficiently, and recommend appropriate banking solutions. * *Product Knowledge:* Educate clients on a wide range of financial products including bank accounts, credit cards, loans, investments, and more. * *Digital Guidance:* Support clients in using digital banking platforms and features to enhance their banking experience. * *Team Collaboration:* Refer clients to internal specialists when needed to help them achieve their financial goals. *Additional Role Details:* *This role involves interviewing applicants for loans, mortgages, and lines of credit, as well as facilitating deposit accounts and investment services. You'll receive general guidance on routine tasks and collaborate with your team to deliver simple, effective solutions that make banking easy and accessible.* *You'll thrive in a fast-paced contact center environment where every interaction is an opportunity to make a positive impact. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
