As a Financial Services Representative (Inbound), you'll be the first point of contact for clients reaching out with questions, concerns, or goals related to their banking needs.

Responsibilities

• Support Clients: Answer inbound calls and assist with account inquiries, transactions, and digital banking tools.
• Build Relationships: Engage in thoughtful conversations to understand client needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Solve Problems: Resolve issues efficiently and recommend products and services that support financial success.
• Promote Solutions: Introduce clients to a full suite of offerings—bank accounts, credit cards, loans, investments, and more.
• Champion Digital Tools: Help clients navigate and make the most of digital banking platforms.
• Collaborate: Connect clients with internal experts when needed to support their financial goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A client-first mindset with a passion for helping others
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Problem-solving skills and digital fluency
• Experience in customer service, call centers, or help desk roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital banking tools
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
