Overview
Entech Sales & Service is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant/Data Entry/Work Order Management Specialist. This multifaceted role will provide crucial support to our daily operations, requiring strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data across various systems, ensuring data integrity and quality. This includes customer information, job updates and invoicing.
- Work Order Management: Process, track, and manage work orders from inception to completion. This may include receiving requests, assigning tasks, scheduling, follow-up, and closing out work orders.
- Account Documentation: Maintain and organize account documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible. This may include filing, scanning, document retrieval, and database updates.
- General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support as needed, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, and email correspondence.
- Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to create documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and manage email communication.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative support, data entry, and/or work order management is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
- Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-driven and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
