Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office operations, including mail, document scanning, and filing
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage phone coverage
- Arrange travel logistics and process team expense reports
- Support client and internal events: reserve meeting spaces, order catering, prepare materials, and greet guests
- Partner with building services and office vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Provide administrative support to the wealth management team with a strong focus on service and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in a corporate or professional environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with polished professionalism
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
