Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day office operations, including mail, document scanning, and filing
  • Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage phone coverage
  • Arrange travel logistics and process team expense reports
  • Support client and internal events: reserve meeting spaces, order catering, prepare materials, and greet guests
  • Partner with building services and office vendors to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide administrative support to the wealth management team with a strong focus on service and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in a corporate or professional environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with polished professionalism
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to integrity
