This position has a starting pay range of $15.00 to $15.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store as needed to support business needs.
• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle change according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Uphold merchandising philosophy and follow merchandising standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Assist in store recovery and maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of the sales floor.
• Participate in safety awareness and contribute to a safe environment.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support and participate in shrink reduction programs and goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
