Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and embodying customer experience principles
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Adhere to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs
• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Support and uphold a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and count change back to customers per procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
• Participate in store recovery and maintain floor cleanliness
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support shrink reduction goals and programs
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned

Who We’re Looking For

• Possesses excellent customer service skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors
• Retail customer experience preferred
