Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and adhering to customer experience principles.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and comply with operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards.
• Be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs.
• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customers according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures and standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Assist in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support shrink reduction goals and participate in safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
