Pay Range: Exempt Salary Range $60,000 - $70,000 / per year

Fund Source: State Support

Responsibilities

• Collects, analyzes, interprets, and summarizes data in preparation for generation of statistical and analytical reports.
• Designs and/or develops specific databases for collection, tracking, and reporting of research data, as appropriate to the position.
• Utilizes specified statistical software to analyze and interpret research data, as appropriate to the individual position.
• Maintains computerized collection and tracking of relevant data.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or a related field from an accredited college or university is required.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience is requested.

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to prepare research reports and proposals.
• Ability to design and implement systems necessary to collect, maintain, and analyze data.
• Ability to utilize statistical computer software.
• Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications.
• Knowledge of research methodology, principles and procedures.
• Skill in the use of GIS Software and multi-level data analysis.
