Are you passionate about transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive real business impact? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Data Analyst to join our client’s Credit Risk Analytics team. In this role, you\'ll work with large datasets to support decision-making across credit strategy, risk management, and overall company performance.

Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries to monitor key business metrics such as approval rates, delinquency rates, and portfolio performance.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau for use across credit, risk, and other cross-functional teams.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple databases and systems while gaining deep knowledge of our data infrastructure.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automate workflows, and enhance data delivery.
• Own and deliver monthly and ad hoc reporting for internal and external stakeholders using SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within financial services, fintech, or a similarly data-intensive environment.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Strong Excel skills, including use of advanced formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with Tableau (or similar data visualization tools) to create compelling, user-friendly dashboards.
