Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers to sell exclusive products, including pre-arranged appointments; always use company-provided AI software when in the home
  • Develop proposals in accordance with YHIC standards and present them to customers, reviewing them in detail
  • Engage customers by adapting to their buying style using proven sales techniques and a consultative approach
  • Initiate and approve all documentation to complete sales orders and handle HOA approvals
  • Generate leads and follow up on them to acquire new business
  • Attend team meetings to review department goals and strategies
  • Work with the Sales Manager to develop annual sales goals and work toward meeting them
  • Attend mandatory virtual training and other training to stay up to date
  • Generate own referrals based on market
  • Maintain professionalism on the job, be reliable and punctual for appointments
  • See sales through to completion and handle necessary communications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong written and verbal communication; develop relationships with customers
  • Travel within radius of YHIC locations; smart dress and professional appearance
  • Visit installations and attempt to sell additional YHIC products

Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of outside sales experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
