About the Role
We are a leading custom workroom with over 50 years in the market, trusted by architects, designers, and luxury home builders across DFW for our craftsmanship and service. We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Project Manager with 3+ years of experience in the high-end design or building industry.
In this role, you’ll cultivate client relationships, manage projects from concept to installation, and drive sales growth while showcasing our tailored solutions. Our portfolio includes motorized window treatments, bespoke drapery, award-winning hardwood flooring, and custom acoustic fabric solutions — all designed and fabricated to bring design visions to life.
As the face of our workroom, you’ll collaborate with some of the most influential architects, designers, and builders in Dallas–Fort Worth, representing a company with a proven track record of over five decades of innovation, craftsmanship, and trust.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and luxury home builders
- Represent our custom workroom’s craftsmanship and capabilities in every client interaction
- Present tailored solutions, conduct site visits, and manage projects from concept through installation
- Provide specification and design support throughout the entire process, ensuring seamless collaboration
- Oversee high-profile, luxury residential projects with attention to detail and client satisfaction
- Manage and grow your pipeline using CRM tools, balancing sales goals with project delivery excellence
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience selling or managing projects in high-end residential finish-out products (textiles, drapery, flooring, window treatments, etc.)
- Established Dallas-area network with architects, designers, and luxury builder communities
- Ability to bridge design vision with practical execution, representing the expertise of a custom workroom
- Strong consultative sales skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with a passion for design and delivering exceptional client experiences
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines
