Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
- Reconciles accounts receivable & accounts payable and bank accounts
- Produce financial reports including weekly cash flow reports
- Invoicing and payment processing
- Trust account record keeping
- Works accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision, while still meeting client expectations and deadlines
- Paying vendor bills
- Custom reporting
Requirements
- Accounting degree required
- Excel experience
- Professional skills to handle all types of client engagements efficiently and timely
- High level of project management skills to ensure deadlines are met on multiple client engagements
- Strong problem-solving skills and knowing when to ask questions
- Working knowledge of preparing payroll setup, submission, review and journal entries
- Understands accounting issues and other operational issues experienced by clients
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
