We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our friendly, caring team.

Base pay range is provided by The Grove of Skokie. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

$15.00/hr - $16.00/hr

Responsibilities

• As a Receptionist you are instrumental in the efficiency of operations throughout the facility. Provide office/clerical support to the facilities team, greet all facility guests, direct calls and guests to the appropriate party, and receive, sort, and forward incoming mail.

Our residents depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• Prior experience as a Receptionist and/or one year of experience in a customer service role is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
• Availability: Thursdays and Fridays, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and Sundays 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
