Think Tell Junction We are looking for a friendly and professional Office Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression of our company. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, which includes responding to inquiries, directing visitors, and handling incoming calls.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors professionally and courteously
• Answer and manage incoming calls and correspondences
• Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
• Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for staff
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, telephones, and printers
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in tasks
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure
