Marketing Manager

Location: Fort Myers, Florida (3–4 days onsite across Fort Myers, Naples, Bonita Springs, and Cape Coral, with occasional Sarasota travel)
Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000 base + performance bonus
About the Role
We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to lead local marketing efforts for a nationally awarded aesthetics brand with multiple locations in Southern Florida. This role blends creativity with execution—crafting and activating marketing campaigns that attract new patients, engage loyal clientele, and showcase our reputation in aesthetics and cosmetic surgery.
As Marketing Manager, you’ll be the ambassador of the brand—owning partnerships, events, influencer engagement, and social presence while also ensuring campaigns are polished, compliant, and ROI-driven. This is a high-visibility role with opportunities to build relationships in the community (golf clubs, yacht clubs, luxury partnerships, local events), while bringing fresh energy to digital, social, and in-person marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Acquisition & Retention: Execute local campaigns, promotions, and events that bring in new patients and strengthen loyalty.
- Paid & Organic Media: Partner with agencies to manage paid campaigns and maintain an authentic, consistent social presence.
- Events & Partnerships: Coordinate seminars, community events, and influencer activations. Develop partnerships with luxury clubs, local organizations, and lifestyle venues.
- Creative & Content Development: Work with photographers, designers, and vendors to capture engaging visuals and stories for multiple channels.
- Budget & Performance: Track budgets, measure campaign ROI, and report results clearly to leadership.
- Team Leadership: Manage contractors, agencies, and internal marketing support with a focus on collaboration, direction, and growth.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent the company professionally at events and in the community—presentable, polished, and confident.
What We’re Looking For
- 6–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or manager role.
- Direct experience with paid social, events, partnerships, and influencer activations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills—able to manage budgets, campaigns, and timelines with precision.
- Excellent communication skills—able to brief creatives and present plans effectively.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing creativity with execution.
- Experience in aesthetics, beauty, hospitality, or healthcare is a plus.
- Polished, professional, and excited to engage with patients, partners, and community groups.
Schedule & Flexibility
- Onsite 3–4 days per week across local offices.
- Flexibility for evening events, with adjusted daytime schedules (later start after events).
- 1 work-from-home day per week.
- 1 “work-from-events” day as needed.
