Mackenzie Stuart is partnered with a growing Med Aesthetics MSO who are seeking a Marketing Manager to add to their team.

This role will be primarily located in Fort Myers, Florida. The Marketing Manager will need to be on-site at least four days a week at clinic locations across Fort Myers, with occasional travel to locations in other parts of Florida, including Sarasota.

Responsibilities

  • Patient Acquisition: Develop and execute marketing plans to acquire new patients while minimizing cost per acquisition.
  • Patient Retention & Engagement: In partnership with the Patient Journey Center Lead and Practice Managers, design and execute tailored communication, cross-selling, upselling, and retention programs to maximize patient lifetime revenue.
  • Paid Media Strategy: Develop, deploy, and assess paid media plans to support growth goals for all clinic locations. Analyze patient journeys and collaborate with Practice Managers to optimize treatment focus for patient acquisition messaging based on operational capacity and patient journey profitability. Work closely with digital agency and media vendors to optimize deployment, including budgets, targeting, messaging, copy, and creative.
  • Creative Development: Work with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and in-house/contract content capturers to develop content for all active marketing channels, including but not limited to direct mail, billboards, TV, radio, paid digital, website, e-mail, and organic social media.
  • Budgeting, Planning, & Forecasting: Design, track, and actualize monthly marketing budgets and performance targets with input from the Marketing Executive, Practice Managers, and the MSO’s Chief Marketing Officer. Design and communicate monthly marketing plans to deliver forecasted targets.
  • Promotional Strategy: In partnership with Practice Managers, develop and execute targeted promotions to maximize patient- and practice-level profitability, including promotions that improve acquisition, address seasonal capacity considerations, and increase cross- and up-selling for current patients.
  • Events, Partnerships, Organic Social, & Influencer Strategy: Oversee all events, partnerships, organic social, and influencer work conducted by the Marketing Manager and contractors. Design tracking and attribution methodology for each channel. Develop and continually refine the strategy for these channels and work closely with the team to ensure executional alignment to this strategy. Where needed, provide execution support to deliver goals.
  • Marketing Compliance: Ensure marketing compliance with all legal regulations across all communication channels, including but not limited to the website, paid media channels, organic social channels, signage, and email flows.
  • Team Management: Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented culture among the marketing ecosystem (including full-time direct report, agencies, and part-time contractors). Provide clear direction and ongoing coaching to support engagement and continued growth.

Qualifications

  • Eight years of professional marketing experience, including a minimum of two years in a marketing leadership role.
  • Direct experience with paid media management, including direct purchase of offline media channels (direct mail, OOH, TVC) and oversight of paid social media.
  • Experience designing, deploying, and optimizing patient SMS and email flows.
  • Website management (no coding experience required).
  • Partnerships, Influencer, and Organic social media experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including ability to develop effective marketing briefs and communicate monthly plans to internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong quantitative skills, including budgeting, performance tracking, and ROI calculation of marketing initiatives.
  • Prior management experience and ability to motivate and lead internal and external resources.
  • Industry experience in beauty, medical aesthetics, healthcare, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
