Overview We’re looking for our first marketing hire. This role is for someone who can run paid campaigns (Google + Meta), manage influencer outreach on channels such as YouTube, assist with organic marketing/SEO, and help us build a repeatable growth engine . You’ll work closely with the founders and product team, bringing marketing expertise.
What You’ll Do Run and optimize paid ads on Google and Meta.
Research, contact, and manage influencer/YouTube partnerships.
Help draft product tours and other marketing materials
Deeply understand our product and users in order to draft compelling content
Design and test growth experiments across channels.
Measure and report performance (CAC, LTV, ROI).
Share learnings and help build our growth playbook.
What We’re Looking For 3–8 years of growth or digital marketing experience (startup experience a plus).
Hands-on experience running paid ads campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with numbers and budgets.
Excellent communication, especially for outreach and collaboration.
Curious, adaptable, and detail-oriented
Nice to Have Experience with influencer or partnership outreach.
Copywriting or light creative/design skills.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.).
