A leading equipment manufacturing company is currently seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing efforts across multiple brands. This role is instrumental in developing and executing integrated marketing plans that generate leads, strengthen brand positioning, and support revenue growth.

Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual marketing strategies and budgets, aligning with business objectives to drive demand and brand growth.
• Lead the development of go-to-market plans for new products, strategic initiatives, and partnerships.
• Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, email, content, print, and PR, working with internal teams and external partners.
• Track and analyze KPIs such as lead volume, ROAS, and conversion rates; use insights to optimize campaign performance and channel mix.
• Partner with product and sales teams to support messaging, positioning, lead nurturing, and customer acquisition.
• Act as the marketing lead and brand advocate, ensuring consistency and alignment across all marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 6-10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in industries such as building products, construction, or manufacturing.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing demand generation and brand marketing strategies.
• Proficient in marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics tools; strong ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
• Skilled in managing cross-functional teams, agency partners, and marketing budgets; excellent communication and organizational abilities.
