Overview
Immediately hiring part-time call center agents at Metro Medical. This in-office role provides friendly, professional support to clients\' customers. You will handle inbound calls for various businesses, collect information, and relay issues to clients. No outbound calls or sales.
Responsibilities
- Professionally manage a high volume of inbound calls.
- Greet callers, verify information, and take or transfer messages as needed.
- Use the call processing system and participate in training to prioritize customer issues.
- Provide genuine support and ensure customers\’ needs are met.
Qualifications
- Welcoming voice with upbeat tone
- Strong command of English, good spelling and grammar
- Computer skills in a Windows-based environment
- Good attendance
- Ability to type 35 words per minute or more
Compensation and Schedule
- Compensation: $20 / hour
- Part-time, 24 hours per week
- Evening shifts; must be available on a weekend day (Sat or Sun)
Training and Workplace
Training will last approximately one week. In the second week, you’ll move to your new set schedule. This is an in-office position with hands-on training and a collaborative team environment.
