Reports To: Manufacturing Supervisor / Production Manager

Base pay range: $22.00/yr - $27.00/yr

We are looking for a dedicated Cleanroom Technician to join our manufacturing team and support our sterile production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment in classified cleanroom areas in compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Perform aseptic gowning and adhere to strict cleanroom protocols.
• Assist in sterile filling, compounding, and packaging processes.
• Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, particulate counts) and report deviations.
• Conduct cleaning and sanitization of cleanroom equipment, surfaces, and production areas as per SOPs.
• Maintain accurate production and cleaning records in batch manufacturing documents and logbooks.
• Support in routine calibration, validation, and preventive maintenance of cleanroom equipment.
• Follow all safety, quality, and compliance guidelines while working with hazardous chemicals and sterile products.
• Assist QA/Engineering teams during inspections, audits, and investigations.
• Continuously contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech cleanroom operations (sterile manufacturing preferred).
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques, cleanroom classifications, and GMP documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, discipline, and ability to strictly follow SOPs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
